We’re usually available within 1 hour (7am-10pm / 7 days a week)

How do I pay?
The first hour is taken upon booking via card payment. Additional time & materials (if needed) can be paid via cash, card or bank transfer
What if the job takes longer than 1 hour?
We always try our best to complete the job within the first hour. When this isn’t possible, we’ll give you a quote for the additional time/materials needed which can either be done straight away or another day
Does the work come with a guarantee?
All work comes with a 1-year guarantee as standard! Some exclusions include materials which are covered by manufacturers warranty, blockages & anything recommended on your receipt/quote
Do I get a receipt?
Yes! A link to your online receipt is sent automatically via text message. These can be used for your own records or to claim the money back from landlords/insurance companies etc
